The Hemingways Nairobi Brasserie is a contemporary European style restaurant in Karen's residential area.
The Brasserie serves the best steaks in Kenya — specially fed beef grilled on an imported charcoal oven called a Josper; the restaurant pioneers cooking technology never before used in Kenya — “a la plancha” and sous-vide techniques.
Seafood Fridays and saturdays include the Watamu prawn masala and ginger crab delicacies among other seafood specials.
The hotel also has its own patisserie decorated with hand-crafted cakes and Viennoisseries.
